Owners are very friendly and helpful.

Good location - 5 min. walk from the train station, located in the center of La Spezia, the rooms, although rather small (14m2), are OK for a couple, well furnished, big and comfortable bed, fridge, safe, free Wi-fi. Coffee machine in the lobby (free of charge); This location does not offer breakfast and there isn't a good view outside, but this did not bother me at all, as I was in the room only to shower and sleep. I would recommend Monteverdi Resort for visiting both La Spezia and Cinque Terre (as it is so close to the train station).
Everything was perfect for a 1 night stay, awesome location, 4 min walk to the rail station, clean room and restroom, only little con is the breakfast is only 2 coffe pods and 2 fette biscottate ( crisp toast) and 2 jelly pods.
