Golfo dei Poeti Relais & SPA

The gulfo de poeti was an amazing stay!!! There were many pros and a couple of cons, I’ll list them out below: - Pros: The welcome was wonderful, offered with complimentary drinks. The staff went above and beyond consistently and was very kind, helping us arrange a private cinque terre boat tour and adjusting it last minute, making an entirely vegetarian 4 course menu (which was VERY delicious) with multiple options, and setting up a transfer service from the hotel to the train station. - Cons: The hotel is a bit of a way up, from le spezia it’s about 30 minutes, and the last .25 or so, your car cannot go up the way to the entrance. You’ll have to walk or use the rickshaw provided. The AC in both rooms we had did not work which was not pleasant. Keep in mind: The town is small (did not bother us), but you’re not necessarily close to Porto Venere or Le Spezia, you’ll have mainly the hotel for meals and entertainment unless you’d like to plan some excursions. We would definitely come back again, but just would keep in mind the cons and plan accordingly to that!

Absolutely amazing stay at the spa, which I booked for my partner's birthday. Situated in a wonderful location up a hill with views on the gulf, this relais exceeded my expectations with its incredible views, food, kind service, amenities and treatments. Thank you to Letizia and the staff for making our day so memorable.
