Mondi Hotel Bellevue Gastein

We had originally planned to stay only one night, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it for an extra night. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality food. The entire property is beautiful and has a unique atmosphere. What made our stay truly exceptional was the host Adis. He was incredibly friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. He suggested several family-friendly activities in a very natural and non-pushy way, including taking the train to Salzburg and using the car shuttle train towards Slovenia to shorten our journey. We followed his recommendations and they turned out to be some of the highlights of our trip. His local knowledge, kindness and willingness to help made such a positive impression on us that we changed our travel plans and stayed an extra night. Thank you for making our family holiday even more memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Bad Gastein.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The only issue we experienced was that our room had been prepared for two guests instead of four. However, after we informed the front desk, they resolved it quickly and efficiently. All of the hotel's facilities were clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent and offered great value for the price. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at MONDI Hotel Bellevue Gastein. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until check-out. The dinner buffet was truly outstanding — every day there was a different menu, and the variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations. It made every evening feel special and something to look forward to. What made the experience even better was the incredible staff. From the receptionists to the waitresses, everyone was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The amenities were also extra special. There was always something to enjoy, even on rainy days, so there was never a boring moment. The hotel creates such a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for guests of all ages. Highly recommended — we would happily come back again!
