As soon as we arrived, we were shocked by the hotel's location behind an ecological monstrosity under construction, towering over the tiny pool and blocking the view of both the sea and the sky. On the other side was an extremely chaotic neighborhood, noisy until late in the morning, filled with pubs and red-light venues right next to the hotel. Another factor worth considering is the geography of Rhodes. The side of the coast facing Turkey is constantly windy, so if you want to find sheltered coves and usable beaches, you need to go to the other side of the island. Once inside the hotel, we were welcomed by kind and helpful staff, and the quality of the service remained consistently high throughout our stay. The only exception was the housekeeping staff, who seemed somewhat unfriendly and rushed in carrying out their duties. When we entered our room, we unfortunately found it to be extremely small, with furnishings that were not in keeping with a hotel of this supposed caliber and belonging to a group from which I would normally expect a much higher standard of quality. There was no space at all for our empty suitcases, which ended up being stored out on the balcony. The most negative aspect, however, was the other guests. Barely overage spent the entire night shouting in the hallways. Once again, the atmosphere felt more like that of a low-budget hostel than a hotel of this category and belonging to such a hotel group. Naturally, I regretted going there and would not return. Unless I could travel back in time and be seventeen again.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Melina and Markella. From the very beginning they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling. They made us feel comfortable and at home throughout the whole trip. They were not only professional and helpful, but also fun to talk to — we shared laughs with them every day and they really created a warm and friendly atmosphere. Every request we had was answered quickly and with genuine care, and they always went out of their way to help us. Their positive energy truly made our vacation much more enjoyable. Thank you Melina and Markella for the wonderful service and for making our trip such a great experience!

A brilliant hotel team – and I’ve seen plenty. They really do look after every detail. Led by Ms Meltem, who is by far the best Front Office Manager I’ve ever met. The hotel’s location is a bit of a surprise :) The building work around it spoils the view a little. Great location – loads of good restaurants, everything’s close by. Very good breakfasts. Overall, it definitely offers more than you’d expect from a 4-star hotel – and that’s down to the team.
