We came here with my boyfriend for a weekend and honestly we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We have nothing to complain about. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. A special thank you to Alessandra, the Front Office Manager, who handled our reservation, accommodated all of our requests and was always available to assist us before our arrival.😊 The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and cleaned every day. You can also enjoy breakfast on a stunning terrace with a wonderful view. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be happy to come back.

The hotel staff were very friendly and had excellent customer service. However the room did not meet what it said. It was not sound proof at all, we heard every Vespa, laugh, bottle and bang. No air conditioning until it hits 28 degrees, however the hotel gave us a fan to use. No hand towels or face washers. 3 in one body gel, shampoo and conditioner. No body lotion. Bar not open until 6pm daily. No restaurant in the hotel but plenty nearby which were great. Plus a super small convenience store next door that had basics. Water saving measures means extremely poor water pressure in the shower, it takes so long to wash the soap off. And the shower itself was so small if you bent slightly you touched the walls. A number of tiles in the bathroom had big cracks or pieces taken out of them. The bed and pillows were ok for me but hubby didn’t like it. 1 out of the 2 lifts was not working nearly every second day of our 5 night stay. I would not recommend anyone stay here unless you want the basics and can sleep through anything.
Very well located for a short break in Naples. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful, happy to advise and accommodate our requests. Decent breakfast although a bit pricey for what it is. Great View from the restaurant. Rooms on a small side.
