Mama Shelter Dubai

We had a wonderful stay at Mama Shelter Dubai. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade from a standard room to a suite, which made our stay even more special. They also prepared complimentary fruits, juices, and a birthday cake for my husband, such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The food was generally very good. We especially enjoyed the shrimp fried rice, grilled chicken, calamari, and stir-fry noodles. The wonton soup noodles were okay, though, as an Asian, we personally prefer a more flavorful broth. Breakfast was decent as well. We also loved the room design and interiors. The full-height mirrors made the room feel more spacious and stylish, and the stainless steel mirror-finish details gave the space a modern and unique touch. The facilities are also good and well-maintained, especially considering it is a relatively small building. The outdoor cinema was also amazing, especially because it was acoustically treated. What really stood out was the amazing service. The FO team were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Special thanks to Amr for taking great care of us and making our experience memorable. We would definitely come back again.

Amazing stay at Mama Shelter Dubai! I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything spotless. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was fun, vibrant, and full of positive energy. A special thank you to Denyz from the concierge team. He was absolutely amazing, always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We absolutely love this hotel and visit regularly with our children through Privilee. The service is consistently outstanding, the atmosphere is vibrant and fun, and the staff always go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention goes to Denyz at the front desk, whose warm hospitality makes every visit enjoyable, as well as the lifeguards, who are always attentive and ensure both the children and I feel safe and well looked after. Their dedication and friendliness keep us coming back time and time again.
