We had a wonderful stay at the Oasis Villa at Melia Desert Palm. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail provided by the team. I would especially like to thank (Suman, Maria, Zaw, and Nafis) for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make sure my family and I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. Their kindness, care, and dedication truly made our experience memorable. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. We were also delighted when they arranged and accompanied us on a tour of the horses and stables, which was a fantastic experience for both us and our family. It is rare to come across employees who show such genuine hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction. (Suman, Maria, Zaw, and Nafis) are a true asset to the hotel, and I sincerely hope the hotel management recognizes and rewards them for their outstanding efforts and excellent service. Thank you for making our stay so special. We look forward to returning again.

When we informed a staff member, he brought a stand light. They really ought to check that all the lights are working and the pool water is clean before a guest arrives. I would never consider staying at this hotel again because it is expensive, and the water temperature wasn't suitable for swimming. They should install a heater capable of raising the temperature to 38–40 degrees so that both children and adults can swim and enjoy themselves.
