We’ve just checked out after the most incredible stay at Majestic. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel genuinely taken care of. Every single member of the hotel staff treated us with warmth, hospitality, and professionalism. From the doormen to reception, the pool staff, and the breakfast restaurant team, the service was exceptional throughout our stay. We were incredibly lucky to be upgraded to Suite 125, which was such an amazing surprise. Waking up to the stunning views over Passeig de Gràcia each morning was unforgettable, and spending the afternoons people-watching from above was equally special. What a vibrant and beautiful city. In terms of comfort, prepare to be amazed. The bed and pillows felt like sleeping on a cloud — we genuinely never wanted to leave that bed. Housekeeping was flawless, with a wonderful turndown service each evening that added an extra touch of luxury. And my husband especially loved the chocolates… a lot 😂 Overall, a truly memorable stay that made us feel spoiled from beginning to end. Can’t wait to be back, but this time for a longer stay.

She went far beyond expectations by helping us plan the next part of our journey to Paris and even assisting us with booking our flights. Her patience, kindness, and willingness to help made such a difference and turned what could have been stressful travel planning into a seamless experience. We loved this hotel so much that we extended our stay an extra day because we simply were not ready to leave! Before checking out, we even booked our stay for next year because when we return, there is truly nowhere else we would rather stay.
