I had a wonderful stay at Le Trois Rois Hotel in Basel and was truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality throughout my visit. Even though I arrived late, the hotel kindly accommodated my last-minute request and allowed me to stay overnight, which I greatly appreciated. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the historical rooms were absolutely charming. My room was especially memorable, with a balcony overlooking the Rhine River and the city — a perfect view to enjoy during my stay. The bed was cozy and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and rest well. Breakfast was ample and generous, with a very good selection to start the day. Most of all, I would like to highlight the outstanding service from the reception, concierge, and breakfast staff. Their warm, professional, and attentive hospitality made the experience truly special. Overall, Grand Hotel Le Trois Rois delivered a memorable stay with elegance, comfort, and first-class service.
Had some drinks in their terrace. A bit pricey but reasonable. The bar staff/servers were all nice and polite. I felt welcome even though I didn't look posh enough for the place. Good view of the river as well. Would recommend.

Wonderful hotel! If you are seeking something more exquisite and classical rather than modern, this is definitely place to go! The dinning experience at the Brasserie, was perhaps one of the BEST dinners I have ever had in Switzerland! Great service and impeccable food. Absolutely beautiful ambience all around the hotel, in the bar, restaurant, lobby and the rooms. Lots of beautiful details remained from years ago, that yet look taken care of. Oleksii from the concierge desk has been extremely helpful in making our stay in Basel even more memorable. Would love to come back to Basel just to stay at this beautiful property.
