Super clean, and comfortable with nice welcoming touches in the room. Kids loved it too. Close to tram stop but quiet location. We had a small hiccup with after hours check in but other than that it was smooth and lovely.

Nice, well maintained room. The hotel is part of a congres center with pleasant grounds. The location is great, with free parking. It seems to be a bit out of town, but because of the frequent tram very close by, you're in about 10 minutes in the old city center. You also get a complimentary Basel card, with free public transport during your stay, discounts and goodies. So this hotel is ideal if you want to visit Basel.

I stayed in the hotel for schooling, everything was just Wonderfull. Specially i thank the restaurant staff they were very polite and friendly a little delay on the meals but its still the positivity they had and it wouldn't let you get hungry. Rooms were very clean, The open area was wonderfull to sit in the nature and breathe some fresh air. What disturbed me a lot it was the Internet connection was very POOR and stressfull it logged people out every 5-10min no matter if you were connected via WI-fi or Lan Cable. You have to resign again every 5-10min if you are lucky to have internet. Online meetings were imposible unless you have your own phone as a Hotspot. The TV had its own hotspot but the code on TV was not available. And for the end i would please you to add something to sit at the House Nr 22 outside becasue if we had a phone call or smoke a cigaret we had to sit on the street or at the decorative stones.
