Friendly staff. Great location. Would stay again if in Clervaux. Room was clean with view towards the front. The interior was simple with just the necessary furniture. A picture on the wall or a chair with a table would have been welcomed. The bathroom was on the other hand both spacious and freshly renovated. One thing we found interesting was the light in the entry of the room which was movement activated without a on/off switch. That resulted in the full light coming on whenever someone went to the bathroom. We didn’t try the SPA but the gym had the necessary equipment and bathrobes and slippers is provided in your room free of charge during your stay. All in all a good stay and good value for money.

Very friendly staff and great service. The hotel is central and an ideal location. Everything is in walking distance, even the train station. The bus takes you directly to the train station as well and from there you can take a bus directly to Vianden or the train to explore other regions of Luxemburg. I traveled with my two dogs and they loved the hotel. The pool and jacuzzi are the right temperature and extremely relaxing. Will definitely be booking this hotel again.

I was very disappointed with the communication from this property. I contacted the hotel several times regarding an issue with my reservation, but I received no response. Even after Booking.com contacted them to clarify the situation, they still failed to reply. I had booked a room with two single beds following the instructions on their website, but this unexpectedly appeared as a request awaiting the hotel's approval instead of being confirmed. Despite asking for clarification well in advance, the hotel never explained the situation or offered a solution. Good customer service starts with clear and timely communication, and unfortunately this was completely lacking. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property to travelers who expect reliable customer support
