Excellent service, they accept payment on arrival in either card or cash. The staff were very polite and helpful, room service was fast. The room and the lobby have this really nice smell. They do provide buffet breakfast but I would highly recommend the Sansho restaurant. As a female solo guest I felt very safe here and the staff were understanding when I told them my concern after meeting a rather suspicious guy that day. 10/10!
