had a pleasant stay at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta. The hotel’s location is excellent and very strategic, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and many attractions. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was exceptionally large and comfortable. I was also impressed by the excellent service—the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, there are a few areas that I hope the hotel will improve. The mattress was slightly sagging, which affected sleeping comfort. The towels had an unpleasant smell and some visible stains, and a few pieces of furniture were dusty, giving the impression that maintenance and housekeeping could be improved. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel because of its outstanding location and excellent hospitality. I hope these minor issues will be addressed, as they would make the guest experience even better in the future.

Hello! I’m from Malaysia, and I had a wonderful stay here. The location is absolutely perfect! Just head downstairs and you’re at Grand Indonesia, cross the road to reach Plaza Indonesia, and cross the street behind to get to Thamrin City. The hotel’s location in the Bundaran HI area is incredibly convenient. I was also very satisfied with the delicious breakfast and the warm, friendly service from the staff. They even fulfilled my request for an anniversary room decoration, which made our stay extra special. Outstanding service! Highly recommended! I will definitely come back because I’ve truly fallen in love with this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta during our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay special. We’ve stayed at several 5-star hotels throughout our honeymoon, but this one truly took the cake. The room was beautiful, the attention to detail was outstanding, and we felt looked after every step of the way. The breakfast spread was easily the best we’ve ever had—an incredible variety of high-quality food with something for everyone. I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!
