Possibly one of the best hotels in Chiang Mai. The service is excellent, especially at the restaurant, where the staff consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. A special mention to F&B Manager Noom, and the wonderful staff May, Kung, Nui, Meen and Fang. Their friendliness, attentiveness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. I had a great time in this place. The rooms are clean, spacious, and fully equipped with a kitchen should you opt to cook. The meals at the restaurant are fresh and the waiters there are superb especially the gorgeous 'May.' They serve with their heart it is a general excellent customer support in all areas.

An absolute gem of a place. We had a wonderful one week stay at Kantary Hills Hotel and would gladly stay here again. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was the breakfast. The menu changed every day, so it never felt repetitive, even after a week. The food was consistently good and there was always something new to try. The highlight of our stay was the service. It was truly impeccable. Every staff member, from the reception team, bell staff, restaurant staff, to housekeeping, was professional, warm, and attentive. We've stayed at many hotels, and this is genuinely among the best service we've experienced. It easily matches the standard of a five star hotel. Everyone was also incredibly kind to our two year old, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was also very accommodating when we requested a late check out because of our child's nap time and our evening flight. We really appreciated their flexibility. We rented a car and found parking to be plentiful. Ordering food through Grab was also very convenient, with a designated drop off point at the guard house. Although the hotel is close enough to hear planes overhead, the rooms are very well insulated. The noise was never an issue, and our two year old slept soundly through it. Overall, an excellent stay with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended.
