We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back! The room was one of the most spacious we've ever stayed in, with plenty of room to relax after a long day. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was the 345 Lounge. The food was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options throughout the day. It was the perfect place to unwind, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel's location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding lounge experience made this an easy choice for future visits. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Concierge Team: The Heartbeat of the Experience at this property. During a recent trip to Miami, I found myself facing a sudden medical emergency while staying at Beaux Arts, Authograph Collection inside the JW Marriott Marquis Miami. What could have been a frightening and chaotic moment was transformed into a truly human experience thanks to the hotel’s exceptional concierge team to be specific Mr. Andres Meneses. Even after I received care and came back to the hotel, he and the rest of the team checked in regularly. Mr. Meneses went above and beyond our expectations. Across the entire property, from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff, there was a pervasive culture of attentiveness. We travel a lot, and we could immediately tell the difference in service quality. It’s rare to feel so well cared for from arrival to departure. Rooms are updated, food was good, great coffee shop, short drive to the cruise terminal. Highly recommend JW Marriott Marquis Miami. MK
Currently staying at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami. Checked in Monday and was able to get my room at 1000. Isabella at the front desk was great. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Work out facilities are top notch. All staff are professional and helpful. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend!
