Some hotels are remembered for their location or facilities, but this hotel will stay in our memory because of its wonderful team. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, relaxed, and comfortable. A special thanks to Rasha and the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail, which made our stay truly special, with special appreciation to the security team for their excellent organization outside the hotel. The hotel is quiet and comfortable, but the team is what truly made the difference. Thank you to everyone. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

An exceptional experience in Juweira hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly and happy to help. Something I hadn’t seen even in 5 star hotels. You feel like you’re home from the hospitality and the welcoming you have. Those are some of the people who I saw daily in my stay: Rasha, the tourism advisor, Muneer, the resturant staff, and Azim, the room cleaning service. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Toilets were very clean. AC was very cold. Location is great and golf cart to get you around in Hawana. The only upgrade I would suggest in the hotel is having a better gym. The gym was very small with hardly any equipments for resistant training. Overall, I am very happy with my stay in Juweira and definitely will return to it if I ever visit Hawana again.
