I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Salalah. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. What made my stay truly special was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Mr. Darshana Sashike at the reception, who was extremely helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. His kindness and professionalism made the check-in process smooth and ensured that all my requests were handled quickly. I would also like to thank Mr. Arif from the housekeeping team. He was a very kind, respectful, and hardworking person who kept the room spotless and always greeted us with a smile. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Salalah to anyone visiting Salalah. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Hospitality! Our stay at Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah from August 14 to August 20, 2026, was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the beachfront location set the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Dining by the beach was easily one of the highlights of our trip, offering delicious meals alongside stunning views. The level of service throughout the resort is remarkable. The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, ensuring we felt right at home. Both the check-in and checkout processes were smooth and hassle-free, and having valet parking readily available made moving around very convenient. We also appreciated that food delivery services were allowed, though with the resort’s super-fast room service, we hardly felt the need to look elsewhere! A very special mention must go to Mr. Arif from the housekeeping team. He did an outstanding job keeping our room spotless, even when we requested room cleaning at odd hours. On our first day, we asked him for English breakfast tea. To our pleasant surprise, he remembered our preference and made sure to replenish it every single day without us ever having to remind him. It’s these thoughtful, small personal touches that truly elevate a stay and make it feel special.
