Jumeirah Zabeel Saray

I stayed here in January for just over 10 nights with my wife and young son, and it was hands down the best hotel experience I have ever had. The service was second to none. The staff simply could not do enough for you — from the team by the pool immediately helping with inflatables, to handing out cold water and fruit throughout the day. There were always plenty of lifeguards on duty, which made everything feel safe and easy, especially with a young child. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly, helpful and fantastic. That is really what makes this hotel so special: everything is made easy. The restaurants on site were all excellent, and I have reviewed them individually, but in short they were phenomenal. The food was top quality, portions were generous, and if you enjoy good food, this is absolutely the place for you. The spa was easily the nicest I have ever been to, with an incredible sauna and Turkish hammam. My wife had a massage and said it was fantastic. The gym was also very good, with plenty of space and high-quality equipment. The pool and beach areas were equally impressive — clean, well maintained and perfect for families. A special mention also goes to Soumi, who was so friendly and made fresh dosas every morning. The breakfast buffet was incredible; the word “buffet” can sometimes have negative connotations, but that absolutely does not apply here. The hotel is in a great location on The Palm, with a lovely breeze, easy access to taxis and a shuttle bus available too. I honestly could not recommend this place highly enough and would go back in a heartbeat.

We had such a wonderful weekend at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The hotel is absolutely stunning, from the beautiful interiors to the relaxing atmosphere and exceptional service. Every detail made our stay feel luxurious and memorable. They allowed early check in and late check out so we enjoyed every moment. They also provided cake and balloons for my son which was very thoughtful. Another amazing thing is the spa, which was incredible and relaxing. A very special thank you to Yasmeen for her kindness, hospitality, and for making our experience even more special. She truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the weekend. We can’t wait to come back again!

A very special thank you and appreciation to Catalina, Alma and Darin for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for at every moment. Catalina was extremely attentive and warm, always ensuring everything was perfectly arranged with genuine kindness and positive energy starting from check-in till check-out. Alma was incredibly professional, helpful, and proactive, making the experience smooth and stress-free for our friends especially in house breakfast setup. Darin also deserves special recognition for his outstanding service, friendly attitude, and continuous support during the stay. Their level of care, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction genuinely made a difference and elevated the entire experience. It is staff members like them who make guests want to return again and again. Thank you once again for such memorable hospitality — highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again soon.
