The stay at the hotel was exceptional a 10/10 experience! the rooms and location were all amazing! All the staff members were very nice and hospitable! especially Luta and Laszo, they truly made the stay memorable and magical! Would definitely stay over again!

I recently stayed at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower during Eid al-Adha holiday and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality and professionalism was exceptional. A special thank you to Sharon, Samir, and Nilam from the Front Office team for their warm welcome, efficiency, and genuine care throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel valued as a guest. I would also like to recognize Kim from Service One for the outstanding support and prompt assistance whenever needed. The attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction were remarkable. The hotel itself is beautiful, a strong and great Emirati hotel with the best hospitality and with excellent facilities, a great atmosphere, and impeccable service. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to returning on my next visit to London.
