Exceptional Hospitality and an Unforgettable Family Stay! My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the InterContinental Tashkent in May, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. We traveled as a group of 16, including 12 adults and 4 young children, and from the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Managing a large group can be challenging, but the hotel handled every detail seamlessly. Our rooms were beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay for everyone. Our package included breakfast each morning, which quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. A special thank you to Dilobar, one of the lead chefs, who consistently accommodated our special requests with warmth and care. Her syrniki were absolutely outstanding—some of the best we’ve ever had—and a must-try for anyone visiting the hotel. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the wonderful lounge team on the 11th floor. Otabek and his colleagues were always welcoming, attentive, and eager to help. Our family gathered there frequently during the evening lounge hours, creating unforgettable memories together, and the exceptional hospitality of the team made those moments even more special. Overall, our stay at the InterContinental Tashkent exceeded every expectation. We are incredibly grateful to the hotel’s leadership and staff for making our visit so memorable. I wanted to take the time to share this review as a sincere expression of my appreciation for the outstanding service and warm hospitality we received from everyone at this wonderful and remarkable hotel in the heart of Tashkent. A special thank you to Anoir Ibrahim, Supervisor of the main restaurant, as well as the chef and his team, and to all the wonderful staff working in the Lounge, at the reception, and in the room service department. It is clear that the management and administrative team are also doing an excellent job in providing strong guidance, training, and maintaining such high standards of service. The best hotel in Tashkent. The service is amazing. Amira at the front desk is super helpful. Overall the hotel staff is super friendly and attuned to your special requests. Anvar at the Nomad breakfast is amazing with paying personal attention to all your needs. This level of personal attention make a stay extremely delightful. The amaneties are of superb quality. The breakfast is loaded with choices that are hard to explore. Definitely worth a second visit.
