Hyatt Regency Tashkent

A wonderful hotel right in the heart of Tashkent. The hotel staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, provide service at the highest level. They are always ready to help in any situation. The hotel itself is a beautiful property with wonderful views over the city. It has everything you may need during your stay, including a swimming pool, spa, sauna and even underground parking, which is especially useful during the hot summer months. The hotel is located close to many of Tashkent’s main attractions, including: - Metro stations - Amir Temur Square and Broadway Street, Tashkent’s famous pedestrian area - Magic City - The Catholic Cathedral - Tashkent TV Tower, with panoramic views over the city - Chorsu Bazaar - Memorial to the Victims of Repression - Hazrati Imam Complex, where you can see the famous ancient Quran - Pumpkin Museum - Charvak Lake - Chinorkent cable car and the mountain coaster The hotel is in perfect condition, and the staff is amazing. Special thanks to Iskandar, who made our stay truly wonderful. If you are wondering where to stay in Tashkent, Hyatt Regency is an excellent choice.

I stayed from 9-12 April, at #520. Overall experience was okay, some of them need attention. At the pool area, the Jacuzzi is surrounded by small ants, so be careful, maybe they are innocent, but still something that is unpleasant. At rooms there is not enough complimentary items like we were staying two but had only one toothbrush or one hair comb. Plus cleanliness may need some more attention. Last morning breakfast on 12th, I had an amazing waiter, whose name i believe was Sardor. Amazing service!

We stayed here for 5 nights in King and King Regency across 3 weeks in March-April. It was the most comfortable place for us in Uzbekistan. The service is better than other Hyatt hotels we've stayed at. They even stored 1 luggage for us for 7 nights, making it easier on the Afrosiyob. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of options for vegetarians. The dishes are named too. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes so you don't need to get hotel breakfast everyday. 2 things to improve: (1) soundproofing of the "quiet room", which are the rooms far from the elevator. They face the main road and you can hear the cars passing by at night! Ask for a room near the elevators. (2) Some towels are as rough as a loofah.
