I visited Musandam Restaurant and had a wonderful breakfast experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of food, and the entire team was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to thank Chef Salwa at the Egg Station. She was very cheerful, always smiling, and made us feel truly welcome. Her warm attitude and excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. We were very happy with our experience and will definitely be visiting again. Thank you to the whole team for the outstanding hospitality!

We went to Intercontinental on 29th May, 2026 to celebrate our son’s 12th birthday. It was a great experience. It was a sunny day yet the staff at the pool made sure to make us comfortable with umbrellas, chilled detox water and their presence at all times. We had our lunch at The Tomato Restaurant which turned out to be an excellent idea. Mr. John Edward was extremely friendly & jolly to talk too. He came to know that it was our son’s birthday so he organized a surprise cake for him and all the staff came along singing to wish him. It was such a beautiful pleasant surprise 😍 Ms. Corazon was very good to talk to and in advising us the best dishes from the menu as per our taste. She took care of our & kids choices very well. Mr. Souwik diligently served us with a pleasant smile & his service was excellent too. The Pool Beach Club with a Jacuzzi & Ice Plunge was extremely amazing to spend the hot day with peace. Truly a superb day well spent with the fantastic staff efforts at the Intercontinental. I would highly recommend it and all the staff mentioned for their premium service to one and all. Thank you so much for making our day special & wonderful ✨✨
