Checked in at 9pm. Lone guy at front desk. This is the very first time that I was not even greeted at the check in counter. Wow! Unexpected tarnished the Intercontinental group image. He was rude could not speak English and snatched my passports when he asked in a demanding tone. He also wanted to charge me for the lounge access when I have the annual lounge access. I don’t care if it is issue with language because if a big hotel chain cannot sort that out it will just bring down the name. This is my first day review and couldn’t wait longer to do so. Absolutely appalling. Overall a 3 star hotel to me. Will never ever return to this property
Hotel was Great, staffs were friendly, breakfast selection was great too. Only downside is the AC and heater in the hotel was centralized, so it's difficult to get the correct temperature that you desire.
