Delicious breakfast buffet. Great service all around from the check in to the bar staff at the lobby and the pool. Special mention to the concierge Favio for recommending a great restaurant to visit. This hotel could use routine maintenance and upgrades. Our room had a dirty odor and dead bugs under the stained curtains. The carpet and bed duvet were stained. The drapes opened with difficulty and were stained. Wallpaper in the room is buckled and peeling. We paid for a two ni…

This hotel could use routine maintenance and upgrades. Our room had a dirty odor and dead bugs under the stained curtains. The carpet and bed duvet were stained. The drapes opened with difficulty and were stained. Wallpaper in the room is buckled and peeling. We paid for a two night stay and were given only two complimentary bottles of water and were told not to drink the tap water.
Though the hotel is clearly older than others in the area it has significant charm. They upgraded us without cost to a master suite . The buffet that is included is diverse and delicious, hot and cold options . Staff was courteous and helped us arrange transfers to and from The a…

Though the hotel is clearly older than others in the area it has significant charm. They upgraded us without cost to a master suite . The buffet that is included is diverse and delicious, hot and cold options . Staff was courteous and helped us arrange transfers to and from The airport and to and from iguazu national park. Ask for Lauro if you need a taxi /transportation from the hotel because he was easy to work with. Spa helped us book last minute massages and was very well priced.
