Ibis Den Haag City Centre

Ginger was absolutely exceptional. I had mistakenly made my reservation through Booking.com for the wrong dates, creating a complicated situation. She dealt directly with Booking.com and resolved everything with remarkable efficiency, patience, and professionalism. What could have been a very stressful experience was handled smoothly and quickly thanks to her initiative and genuine commitment to helping me. This level of service has made a lasting impression. I will definitely return to ibis Den Haag City Centre and recommend the hotel to others. Ginger has all the qualities of an outstanding future Hotel Director, and I would be delighted to follow her professional journey. She truly went above and beyond.

Very nice hotel with an excellent location right in the city center. Everything is easily reachable on foot, including the main shopping streets and plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here and felt comfortable throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Five stars from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Service: classic gen z rude indifferent personeel with no knowledge on horeca. The receptionist to checkout was bored or stoned? I dont know. Mattresses are very hard. Pillows very soft. The room was too warm. Even with a window open you couldn't sleep. Workers outside they started fixing the hotel's backyard at 08.00 putting loud music. Rooms not cleaned in depth as well. Breakfast is untill 11.00. after 10.00 they stop renew the buffet. 120€ per night for a hostel quality. It's better to pay 30€ more and go to a proper hotel. I visited other ibis and they were good. This one is really bad.
