What guests say.

Pros: * great location beside the tram stop platform and close the peace palace, city centre and a great Indonesian restaurant (the one that is on the same line of the hotel entrance). * friendly staff and nice lobby with free coffee and tea during the courses of the Hague Academy of International law (no idea about the other times). * I like the idea of the digital key for the room, entrance and the lift. Cons: * the rooms are very small and you barely find a place to keep your luggage in. * the rooms are not cleaned every day but every third night and the cleaning is not done properly, I stayed in the room for 20 nights and the dust was everywhere especially on shelves and clothes. * As I stayed there for 20 nights I asked the reception to give me a late checkout for an hour due to my late flight but they refused. * the mattress was not comfortable.

Very disappointing interaction with the receptionist on duty this morning on 26 April 2026. While checking out and arranging to check into another room as per my booking, I spoke politely and clearly. However she was visibly impatient, displayed a rather unprofessional behavior when talking, including making facial expressions that made me feel so unwelcome. This interaction today really affected my overall experience in the hotel while I’ve already been here for 2 weeks. Other staff seemed to be ok though. It is not about expecting friendliness — it’s about basic courtesy and respect, which I felt were lacking from her. I trust management will address this and ensure their front desk staff uphold a minimum standard of professionalism!
