Amazing hotel. The staff, facilities (gym and spa, pool and rooms) exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was responsive to any requests, warm and welcoming. It was perfect for a driver to come pick me up, park or wait. The security team was super friendly and the breakfast was amazing. If I come back to Dar es Salaam, I hope to come back to the Hyatt, what a positive experience ! The view on the water was really pleasant. Asante sana for your warm welcome.

Good: - Good example of a typical high end global chain hotel. - Spotlessly clean room - Very comfortable bed - Clean, quality bed linens - Powerful shower with lots of hot water - Great a/c - Professional, helpful staff - Good quality buffet breakfast included in our price - Comfortable and stylish rooms - Straightforward pick-up and drop-off from/to the airport Beware: - As with all higher end hotels, pricing of room, meals and beverages is pitched high - not so high that you would avoid paying, but high enough to think “ouch” OK value to get the reassurance you want from staying at a Hyatt. Recommended for a visit to Dar es Salaam.
