We had the pleasure of visiting this hotel several times for both breakfast and dinner, and each experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food is absolutely delicious and of the highest quality, with every dish prepared to perfection. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even provided a high chair for our little one, showing how attentive and family-friendly the service is. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the interior design is both elegant and aesthetically pleasing. Dining here is truly a feast for both the palate and the eyes. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a memorable culinary experience in a beautiful setting with outstanding service!

Dissatisfied and disappointed. It feels like there’s been a real loss of interest in service. where’s the leadership, sense of hospitality? The staff show no sense of service or friendliness, they seem uninterested and completely lack personality. Not 4 star service. Breakfast on both days of our weekend break was a letdown: stale bread, dry croissants, and food so over-seasoned it was not enjoyable. Such a pity. #HoutBayManor #DisappointingStay #DoBetter
