Our stay at the Hotel Sacher Vienna coincided with a very special occasion: the celebration of our 34th wedding anniversary. We simply could not have chosen a more iconic place to mark such an important milestone. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional professionalism, combined with genuine warmth that made us feel truly valued as guests. The service throughout our stay was flawless—attentive, discreet, and always delivered with a smile. The hotel perfectly blends timeless Viennese elegance with every modern comfort. Our room was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and reflected the rich history and prestige of this remarkable hotel. The location is second to none. Being just a few steps from the Vienna State Opera and within walking distance of so many of the city's most famous landmarks made our visit even more enjoyable. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an outstanding selection of high-quality products in a refined and elegant setting. These were unforgettable days that will forever be associated with one of the most meaningful moments of our lives. Hotel Sacher was much more than a place to stay—it became part of the memories we will cherish forever. Our sincere thanks to the entire team for making the celebration of our 34th wedding anniversary even more memorable. We truly hope to return one day.

Stayed for three nights earlier this week, in celebration of a milestone wedding anniversary. The place is romantic and magnificent, and the staff did everything a guest could ever want, and a couple of things even better than we could have asked for. When booking, tell them it's your anniversary/honeymoon/birthday, and watch them go to work - you'll love it! We had a lovely room with a large balcony, constant expert service, and access to some great restaurants. We did not eat the the Grune or the Rote, but we did have drinks and food a couple of times in the Blaue, which were well made, tasty and substantial. We also enjoyed coffee and breakfast at the Cafe, which is a true memory maker. This hotel stands apart from the rest, in a beautiful city, and we hope to return before too long.

The hotel is elegant, beautiful, and exceptionally well managed, but what stood out the most was the service — truly the best service we have experienced in Europe.
