What an unforgettable time we had here during our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like we had stepped into a little piece of paradise. We could not have wished for a better place to celebrate the beginning of our marriage. What makes this stay truly extraordinary and unique are the wonderful people who work here. Such hard workers! Everyone—from the chef-koks and the staff bringing drinks to the gardeners and every single employee behind the scenes—without exception, they all deliver absolute top-tier service. And the best part of it all is that you can truly tell they do it with so much joy and genuine friendliness. We genuinely lacked absolutely nothing. Thanks to their incredible hospitality, we enjoyed every single second to the fullest. We have developed such a deep respect for them; these people truly deserve a massive commendation. A thousand thanks to the entire team for the fantastic care and the warm, friendly smiles every single day. You made our honeymoon magical, and we are so incredibly grateful. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. Jambo jambo! We had an incredible stay at Riu Palace Zanzibar (all-inclusive). We spent a week there with no particular expectations and it exceeded them in every way. The rooms were beautiful, the food was outstanding, and the evening entertainment was consistently excellent. The level of hospitality throughout the resort was exceptional and we especially appreciated how seriously security and guest safety were taken. Although the beach is public, there are staff and security personnel regularly monitoring the area and checking wristbands, which made the resort feel very safe and well-managed. The buffet at Promenade was a highlight of the trip. The variety, quality, presentation and service were all fantastic. The chefs and staff clearly take pride in what they do and it shows. The resort is also very accommodating for guests with dietary requirements, with plenty of options available and staff who are happy to help with any requests. From the water activities to the overall atmosphere, every part of the experience was memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ❤️
