Hotel Pullman Zhangjiajie

Our stay at Pullman Zhangjiajie from July 12 to July 15, 2026 was one of the most disappointing experiences of our trip. We are a family of six and stayed in Rooms 1416 and 1418 for only three nights. We spent most of our time outside the hotel and never requested housekeeping service during our stay. After checking out and traveling to another city, we discovered that several of our valuable personal belongings were missing. The estimated value of the missing items is approximately USD 3,000. This was not just a financial loss—it ruined our vacation and left us feeling shocked and deeply disappointed. We chose Pullman because we trusted its reputation and expected our belongings to be safe. We sincerely hope the hotel management takes this matter seriously by reviewing CCTV footage and room access records to determine what happened. Every guest should be able to trust that their personal belongings are secure while staying at your hotel. We are sharing our experience so that future guests are aware and take extra care with their valuables. We also hope the hotel will improve its security procedures to prevent this from happening to anyone else. We believe the truth will come to light, and that every rightful owner deserves to have their property returned.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with excellent variety every morning. A special thank you to manager George, who was outstanding. He helped us figure out the best route for the park, shared all the important nuances, and when he learned it was our honeymoon, he kindly organized a lovely surprise in our room. His thoughtfulness made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Save your money and stay at Hilton Garden Inn instead. The room is old, outdated technology, small, and does not deserve the label "five star" hotel. The toilet is so outdated it can barely flush. The air conditioner barely works and will stay warm no matter how much colder you set the thermostat to be. The view is ugly too. The bell service is just the worst, they will never come out when you arrived and have luggage, so you will definitely have to take out your luggage on your own. When they did come to you, they will walk so slow until you finished unloading from the car then help you roll your luggage around, which makes them practically useless. When I checked out, they didn't even come out to help you load your luggage to the car. Seriously, do not even waste your money here, you better off staying at 3 star hotel since that is the quality of service they provide. 1 out of 10, will never come back.
