I didn’t have very high expectations when I booked this hotel for our family trip, but after returning to Singapore, I find myself missing our four-night stay. The location is excellent—right opposite the Tianmenshan cable car station. Situated in the town area, there are plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. This is a four-star hotel, and when I first entered the room, it gave me the impression of a business hotel. The room was well-designed, refined, and equipped with everything I needed, all in good quality and thoughtfully arranged. What truly surprised me was how family-friendly the service was. The staff were extremely warm and helpful, and my kids absolutely loved the welcome gifts. The hotel also offers complimentary porridge and snacks in the evening. After a full day of sightseeing and a heavy dinner, the light porridge was just perfect for supper. I will definitely visit the hotel again for my next Zhang jia jie trip.

Great hotel with everything new and modern. My suite was nice and spacious, with great amenities. The bathroom came with a bathtub and the shower had great pressure. The hotel had great washing machine and dryer set-up on the 3rd floor and basic gym. Hotel was located cross the road from the bus station where you can purchase tickets for the Tianmen mount or catch the cable cart. The check-in staff where great and also gave us some advice on which route where the best for Tianmen Mountain. The cleaning crew also did a great job on keeping the room clean. Overall great hotel and if I get a opportunity too stay again I would. The bed was nice and big and comfortable. There was nice small lounge section with desk.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie. The room is spacious, the amenities is complete. Staying here, we also can use its laundry room. It has 4 washing machines and 4 dryer machines. The housekeepers are wonderful. Especially 阿丹服务 is really attentive to our needs. She came every night to make sure we had a good stay here. I can't thank her enough for the care she gave to us.
