Hotel Mepas

Decided to try this hotel and it showed it’s one of the best in city. It definitely did not disappoint! Parking is easy, they have reserved spots underground right by the elevators. First few floors are the mall, with lots of great shopping and not crowded. Reception was super kind, and the rooms are spacious and quiet. The pool/spa area was also wonderful, very large and there was no one in there for the two hours we went for a swim. Breakfast was also delicious!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. We booked this hotel going on reviews, and I wouldn’t agree with most when they say this hotel is 5 star. Reception staff were very helpful and approachable. We had the suite which was comfortable and spacious. A big bath tub that was very much needed after all of the daily walking. Shower was powerful. The room was clean however, the daily cleaning of the room wasn’t up to a 5 star standard. Cup stains were not cleaned and we came back to our room one evening with the duvet laid over the bed. Not made correctly, I thought my ten year old had made the bed. The swimming pool and spa was nice. The jacuzzi was working however the splash fountains around the pool were not. Selection of saunas, 2 out of 3 working. The whole area was clean and inviting. Breakfast was included with our suite, however we only had breakfast here once. This was the most disappointing part of our stay. Staff were not approachable and were not helpful. Both halal and non halal meats available. We had come for breakfast around 9am, and the food looked tiered. One thing I would say was good was the barista coffee from the machine and the biscuits. I came for that every morning. The hotel is in the new part of Mostar and is approximately 20 minutes walk to the old town. Interesting art work on the way. After reading this review back to the hubby, I was told I was being too kind !

We came to this beautiful hotel in Mostar soon as we came in they greeted us all and were very welcoming and funny banter at the same time…. We had our British banter and they joined in… rooms were amazing and the bathrooms had amazing features and features, latest bath tubs separated showers box shower and toilet.. the bathrooms were extremely big and spacious. The hotel facilities like pools and jacuzzi were also good and clean spotless changing rooms,,, breakfast was decent not wow but good enough similar to the holiday in breakfast in the uk so no complaints…. Beverly reception so if I said the name worn and also I have to say thank to the house keeping team,,, always cleaning and keeping the rooms look amazing,,, constantly extra towels etc available with a smile lovely lady’s really… thank you all at the hotel MEPAS… 🇬🇧🇧🇦
