Hotel International Prishtina & Spa

Last week, I traveled to Pristina with my daughter for the Sunny Hill Festival and chose this place for our stay. I didn't have any trouble with parking. Overall, the hotel was lovely; the reception staff, in particular, were both friendly and hardworking. The breakfast was quite adequate—they even asked if we wanted extras like omelets or fried eggs at no additional cost. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room one day, but when I reported it, the receptionist immediately brought us fresh towels and water—a very thoughtful gesture. There were no issues on the other days. We did have a minor problem with our room door; it would rattle and make noise whenever the balcony door was opened or when doors to other rooms in the hallway were opened or closed. That was probably the only real downside of the stay; I had to place a chair against the door to stop the noise. I would like to thank the dedicated staff, especially the front desk team; both the welcome and the send-off were extremely professional.

I was there with my family for the new years, the locations was fine, the rooms were good and the food was also good. We had a good time overall and the pool was great we enjoyed our stay there. Unfortunately we noticed that some of our stuff were moved, like parfumes were on top of a wardrobe i couldn’t even reach, and when we got back we had a bunch of expensive make-ups missing and other valuable things. The hotel response to my email was that because we had left a few days ago they weren’t able to track it, either way we are pretty sure we had those objects when we were staying there so if you plan to be there soon be careful.

Our group of 39 young people (post-university) spent four nights here for our first visit to Kosovo in March 2026. It was a welcoming, gentle experience. The breakfast bar was exceptional, a true range of typical Kosovar foods and flavors. Also, some of us walked 500m to the nearby (500m) Albi Market to shop for some small needs.
