Four Points by Sheraton Prishtina City

I was disappointed with my stay at this Marriott. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided very little information about the property. We were never told that parking needed to be validated, and when I asked about laundry services and the spa, no one seemed able to provide basic answers. Service throughout the hotel was lacking. I waited at the bar for approximately 15 minutes with no staff present. When employees finally came by, they appeared more interested in talking to each other than assisting guests. At the pool around 10 PM, an employee informed us she would be turning the lights off in 15 minutes despite the pool not closing until 11 PM. Housekeeping and attention to detail were also concerning. A discarded burger sat on a table directly outside the second-floor elevator for over 24 hours without being removed. The overall impression was that many employees were more focused on their phones than on guest service. Hospitality should make guests feel welcome and cared for, and unfortunately that was not my experience. That said, after sharing my concerns, the manager did personally reach out to me. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to respond, listened to the issues I experienced, and expressed a commitment to improving the guest experience. I genuinely hope those commitments are followed through on, as this property has the potential to be much better than what I experienced during my stay.

I’ve stayed at the Four Points Sheraton twice, and both experiences have been outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Every time I stay there, I feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is absolutely delicious. The room service is excellent as well, everything is thoughtfully prepared, and the service is impressively fast. What stands out the most is the warm and heartfelt welcome you receive every single time. It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed at a hotel where everything was just right. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Four Points Sheraton to anyone looking for an exceptional stay.
