Hotel Indigo Verona - Grand Hotel des Arts

We spent some days for our wedding: us and our families. The rooms are fantastic and extremely clean. Breakfast is great quality. And everything worked perfectly. The day before the wedding we organised an aperitif (aperitivo) for some guests, and it was just perfect. We had several options and we chose the one that better suited our needs, and everything was flawlessly prepared by the team. We want to specially thank Martina, Elisabetta, Marian e Mauro who made our stay a true dream and made everything possible.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The housekeeping is consistent, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is centrally located and in a walkable area. The shower is fully enclosed and the room is enormous for Italy. They provided a crib for my 1-year-old son. The minibar was generously restocked frequently. I'm left speechless from how incredible my experience here has been. It's quite the contrast from the Hotel Indigo in Florence. The only thing I can think of that might take this hotel to the next level would be some way of having coffee in one's room, but do be aware that there is an espresso machine at the bar downstairs.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk 10 minutes to the city center. The room was very small, but clean. The hotel staff was very pleasant from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed our evening cocktails with our bartender, James. James went out of his way to interact and offer suggestions for food and drinks. He filled our time with lively conversation and shared highlights of the area. We really felt like special guests with the attention he provided us.
