Hotel Colosseo & Spa

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Colosseo & Spa in Shkodër. One of the standout features is its strategic location—perfectly situated within walking distance of the city’s cathedral and surrounded by several excellent restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and dining out. The room was comfortable and reasonably well-appointed, providing a pleasant place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was also reasonably good, offering a satisfying start to the day. We also noticed the spa facilities, which looked inviting and well-maintained, although we didn’t get the chance to try them this time. It’s definitely something we’d look forward to experiencing on a future visit. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Shkodër, especially if you value location, comfort, and easy access to the city’s highlights.

The taste of the fish recommended by your waiter in the restaurant is still on our palates. The politeness, kindness, and respectful approach of your staff made us feel truly valued. "Disappointing experience regarding religious/modest clothing. I was traveling with my family and was strictly forbidden from entering or using the pool and spa facilities simply because I wear modest swim clothing (burkini). The staff showed no flexibility, which made us feel excluded and unwelcome. While the hotel itself is nice, I cannot recommend it to conservative or Muslim families seeking a comfortable stay
