We had a short nice stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Good location, 24/7 reception, luggage storage. It was very quiet at the hotel.

The hotel in it's heyday would of been quite impressive. Best location to explore Shokder. Overly generous breakfast. I stayed 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. I had to ask for loo paper! They had twin single room available, but upgraded me to a family room but charged me €20 extra on the 3rd night..? seeing the room rate on the apps at a cheaper rate didn't persuade them to match the lower rate..
Very comfortable in a great location, in the old town and near to the bus station. Helpful staff, did a great job with our laundry after a week of hiking and a good breakfast.
