Hospes Palacio de los Patos, a Member of Design Hotels

My husband and I I just spent 3 nights at this property. Amazing from check-in to check-out! Everyone made us feel really special! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious. The beds are heavenly. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone, with a separate eggs to order to your liking menu. Location is superb, not even a 10 min walk to the center of town. They even offer a turn-down service at night and put those oh so delicious chocolates on your bed, so make sure when you leave your room for the evening to not to leave the no disturb sign on. Can only highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!

My family of 4 stayed in two hotel rooms at this Hospes hotel in late June and we extend our highest compliments to the hotel manager and staff for impeccable service and gorgeous accommodations. Enrique and Marina were SO helpful in the months leading up to our stay to assist us with transportation, tours and dinner reservations helping us make the most of our limited time in Granada and everything seamless. And they were just as wonderful upon our arrival. Every single person we interacted with, from the porters at the door to the restaurant staff during our breakfast (which was wonderful!), were all so friendly, welcoming and professional. The service was exceptional, and we really appreciated all the extra little details like the lovely note from the manager waiting for us in each room with snacks and wine, and the wonderful turn down service in the evening. We felt truly pampered! We were also very grateful for the room upgrades they were able to extend to us and that they located our two rooms next to each other so we could be near our children. And finally, the facility is stunning! The rooms, lobby and restaurant patio are so beautiful and luxurious, but in an approachable and peaceful way, blending the historic building with more modern decor and amenities. Everything was clean and well very maintained. The location was perfect. (Note you will hear some traffic noise as it is in town). Thank you for a fantastic stay and experience in Granada!!

Absolutely a hidden gem in Granada. We had a beautiful one-night stay here with Luxury Gold Travel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The hotel perfectly blends historic architecture with modern luxury — from the stunning courtyards and elegant interiors to the incredible attention to detail throughout the property. The rooms and common spaces were beautifully designed, with a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. The gardens and outdoor areas felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city, while the grand staircases, ornate ceilings, and warm lighting made every space feel special. A perfect luxury stay in Granada and an ideal location to explore the city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a boutique hotel experience with character, elegance, and exceptional service.
