Hilton Nagoya

I had a wonderful experience at Hilton Nagoya. It was my first time staying at a Hilton property, and although it was a premium price, it was worth every penny. This stay left a lasting, positive impression on me. The staff here are truly outstanding—always warm, enthusiastic, and proactive in assisting guests. I would like to highlight a few exceptional moments: 1. Impeccable Arrival: Upon arrival, the door staff immediately guided us to parking and helped with our luggage. They even noticed me struggling with a stroller near a set of stairs on the way to the breakfast restaurant and rushed over from the entrance to assist me. 2. Excellent Breakfast Service: The breakfast team provided warm and attentive service throughout our meal. 3. Efficient Communication: The hotel’s use of LINE for guest requests is incredibly efficient. I barely had time to finish sending my message before a staff member arrived at our door with the footstool we requested. 4. Immaculate Housekeeping: The room was cleaned thoroughly and maintained to a high standard of hygiene. 5. Thoughtful Design: The room layout is very functional, and all facilities were kept in excellent condition. This has been a fantastic introduction to the Hilton brand. I am very impressed with the quality of service at Hilton Nagoya, and I sincerely hope that my future stays at other Hilton hotels around the world will be just as exceptional.

We had an absolutely wonderful welcome at the Hilton Nagoya, thanks to Duty Manager Kozo Ogushi. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely cared for with his warm, friendly, and professional hospitality. Mr. Ogushi went above and beyond to make our family’s first visit to Nagoya truly memorable — thoughtfully offering a room upgrade and even surprising our children with lovely gifts, which completely delighted them. His kindness and attention to detail turned what could have been just another hotel stay into a very special experience. Thanks to his exceptional hospitality, our first time in Nagoya has been incredibly pleasant and welcoming. We are deeply grateful and will remember this experience fondly. Thank you, Mr. Ogushi, for making our stay so special!

The standout aspect was the service. The staff were highly efficient, well-coordinated, and operated with a remarkable sense of urgency. They were consistently attentive, proactive, and eager to help. Even compared to other Hilton properties I have stayed at, the service here was on another level. The toilet was quite compact and i did not like the standing shower within the bathtub, which was pretty uncomfortable. The greatest disappointment was the hotel's tattoo policy. Guests with tattoos are required to cover them when using the gym or pool, and i was told that i am prohibited from using the sauna facilities altogether. While I understand the need to respect local customs and traditions, I would have expected an international brand like Hilton to strike a better balance between local cultural considerations and accommodating international guests. In my view, that balance was not achieved particularly well here
