Excellent experience overall. We arrived at the hotel at night, and we were greeted by a friendly employee who helped us with our bags. Rooms are very nice, with floor beds on a tatami mat. Onsen experience is nice for those who are interested. Free coffee in the morning and Japanese style meals available for purchase. Golf course on property.
Definitely a remote hotel but the service is amazing. Went with my whole family including my 2 elderly parents. We checked in quite late but they were able cater to us past the check in time and accommodate our request to set the futon for us ahead of time. Definitely would reco…

Definitely a remote hotel but the service is amazing. Went with my whole family including my 2 elderly parents. We checked in quite late but they were able cater to us past the check in time and accommodate our request to set the futon for us ahead of time. Definitely would recommend if you want a new experience ryokan in Hakone.

We stayed here with my family of 3. We all loved the rooms and service. The location is nested between beautiful greenery and mountains which gives an isolated feel to the place. We drove here so we were able to commute to the town in less than 15 mins. We also enjoyed the outdoor onsen which is nicely maintained water temperature at 40c.
