Hello Pros: * Very friendly and professional staff, especially in the restaurant and dining room. The service was excellent throughout our stay. * The spa is luxurious, well maintained, and one of the hotel’s biggest highlights. * The rooms are relatively new, modern, and clean. Cons: * Although the hotel is rated as a five star property, it feels more like a four star hotel. * The rooms are not very spacious and are missing amenities that are expected in a five star hotel, such as complimentary bathroom toiletries. * During the summer, the hotel felt surprisingly quiet, almost as if we were the only guests staying there, which reduced the overall atmosphere. * The road leading to the hotel is not paved, making the drive somewhat rough and uncomfortable. Overall: We had a pleasant stay and appreciated the excellent service and beautiful spa. However, considering the room amenities and overall experience, I believe the hotel does not fully meet the expectations of a five star hotel.
Probably one of the nicest hotels I've been to. Great food, relaxing vibe the pool is amazing as it's the jacuzzi, the gym and sauna are comfortable sizes too and the staff are always on hand and polite. At the time of posting this was an off season.
