We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we visited Grand White City Hotel for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The highlight for us was definitely the octopus carpaccio — absolutely fantastic and highly recommended! Everything we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented and full of flavour. A big thank you to the staff for their warm and attentive service. We really enjoyed our evening and would definitely come back when visiting Berat again!

It is a huge hotel with a newly renovated section. We booked a double room which was in the new section - the public areas were modern and spotlessly clean, our room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Breakfast is rich in options and you can also have it in the garden where it is nice. The hotel has a bar with a beautiful garden. Staff was attentive. Everything was perfect. The only disadvantage was there was mosquitos in our room so make sure you bring your mosquito device to plug in the electricity.
