A very new and clean hotel. It is a family business where they do take care of guests. Close to the old city of Berat (about 2km on foot). A very good and various food. Staff very very helpful. A very special thanks to Mr. Jon the nephew of the owner who helped to solve a medical problem offering his private time. I do recommend this hotel.
Disappointing hotel experience We booked this hotel a month in advance, but upon arrival it was fully booked. We were redirected to a cheaper hotel that did not match what we had reserved. The photos online do not reflect reality. Very disappointing — I would not recommend booking this hotel.
Open review on GoogleThe hotel is ok, too gaudy for my taste but clean and with easy access (you come in through the gas station US roadside model style). The room was big, clean and seemed well maintained though sparsely decorated, great contest with the common areas that are filled with gold details and kitsch decor.
