The place is nice, but many things need improvement: 1 - Children play noisily in the pool, and even the saunas aren't as quiet as they'd like. 2 - Most guests enter the saunas wearing slippers, despite the prohibition sign (which is therefore probably not as prominent and visible as it should be). 3 - The music in the saunas is piped in, but the volume is too high. 4 - The entire facility is paved with extremely slippery tiles that make it difficult to walk comfortably. It's easy to break your neck. The problem is well-known, and there are signs warning people to be careful of the slippery floor, so it's a wrong design.
Carpet stinks and is dirty, phone does not work, curtain does not come all the way up, so residents from the outside can directly see inside. No slippers provided
Open review on GoogleThe style of the hotel and spa could be a bit peculiar, but everything is clean and working. The staff is very friendly, spa has several different saunas, massage was performed well, the food for breacfast is fresh, tasty and omnyfariois for every taste.
