Arensburg Boutique Hotel & Spa

The hotel itself was very beautiful, and our room was clean and well maintained. We really liked the hotel and its facilities, which makes this experience sader. In the evening, my family wanted to go to the swimming pool. My 80-year-old mother cannot swim anymore, but she wanted to come with us and sit by the pool to watch us. The area near the showers was very slippery, and she wanted to use another way to get to the pool because she was afraid of falling. Instead of helping her, the staff were unfriendly and made it more difficult for her to get there. We expected more understanding and assistance. Later, she asked the reception how to get to our room, since it was outside of the main building instrad of helping her the staff member told her, “That is not your room number,” even though it was our room. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but the customer service did not match the quality of the hotel.
