We had an amazing stay and would happily come back. The hotel is beautiful, with classic architecture and countless artistic details that give it a unique character. Our room was spacious, elegant, and full of thoughtful touches. It had every amenity we could think of except for a coffee maker. The only real downside was that the WiFi signal in our room was quite weak, although it worked well throughout the rest of the hotel. The bathroom deserves a special mention: spacious, beautifully designed, and featuring stunning artistic and classic tilework. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sorrento. Breakfast was truly five star quality, with excellent service and a fantastic selection. The only thing I missed was a few more vegan options, which would have been nice at this level. The staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. We were celebrating our honeymoon, and they surprised us with beautiful bed decorations, a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, and a handwritten note, which made our stay even more memorable. Other highlights include the rooftop pool and bar with beautiful sea views and excellent cocktails, convenient on site parking (a huge advantage in Sorrento), and access to a private beach at a sister hotel. It's certainly an expensive hotel, but that's to be expected for a five star property in such an exceptional location, and overall we felt it was a fantastic experience.

Excellent hotel! Perfect service experience, the best I've ever seen. They want to help you with everything at any moment, even with issues that are not related to the hotel at all. This is true for the entire staff, from the reception desk, through the dining room and bar, to parking the car and transferring the luggage. For example, we planned to end our trip in Sorrento and leave on the ferry in the morning, and we had to return the rental car with which we arrived from Naples two days earlier at about the same time. Andrea from the reception desk was amazing and took care of everything was needed with the car rental company, including having the company representative come to the hotel to collect the car. I can not say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the staff! Daniela and her team were truly above and beyond . No one plans to have an accident on vacation, but Daniela and her team were extraordinary in their help, their kindness, their accommodations and their thoughtfulness for every detail to assist. The hotel itself is in an ideal location. Had an absolute amazing rooftop pool and incredible Secret Garden. I highly recommend this fabulous hotel for anyone going to Sorrento.!
