Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Mr. Raja, the Housekeeping Supervisor, for his exceptional service and genuine care. His attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Zeeshan from the F&B Department for his warm hospitality and wonderful behavior during breakfast each morning. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and attentive service made every breakfast a pleasant experience and added a personal touch to my stay. The cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel were outstanding. Everything was spotless, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in maintaining high standards. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Al Ain, and I look forward to staying here again.

The property is clean, modern, and very comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the staff. ​Special thanks to Marlo, Zeeshan, and Suraj for their outstanding hospitality! They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Exceptional service like theirs is hard to find. Will absolutely stay here again!
