I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Medhat Birak, who is part of the management/marketing team at Ayla Grand Hotel Al Ain. This is not my first time dealing with Mr. Medhat, and every experience with him has been exceptional. He is extremely professional, respectful, elegant, and genuinely kind in the way he deals with guests. He helped me arrange my booking in record time, followed up with me personally, and made sure everything was perfectly organized. The hotel itself is wonderful — very comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The overall service from the staff was more than excellent. I would also like to give a special thank you to Ms. April Rose at Reception. She was incredibly helpful, professional, polite, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her excellent service truly added to the experience. Thank you, Mr. Medhat, Ms. April Rose, and the entire Ayla Grand team for making my stay such a pleasant and memorable one. It was marvellous stay!!!!!!! my family and I had an amazing experience here. Every thing was perfect; the check in process was smooth and fast, the suites were comfortable and highly clean, the other services professional and timely, the food was delicious, the recreation area was luxurious, huge parking area, concierge available 24 hr, the lobby is welcoming and quiet. I am so grateful to all the people who served us specially Mr. Baian (outletmanager), Mr. Hazem(assistant outlet manager), Mr. Ali, Mr. Mohammed, Ms. Zarish(receptionists), Mr.Harish, Mr. Jeffery, mr.zeyad(f & b), Aisha Al Mansoori ( guest relation)and, Mr.Jana, Mr. Jimi (concierge). I had an amazing stay at Ayla Grand Hotel ✨ The room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed. I also appreciated having both a bathtub and a separate shower, which is always a nice feature. The hotel has an elegant and well-maintained atmosphere, and the staff were kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The room was also very quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The location is very convenient for visiting the city. The mall is just a 2-minute walk away, Al Ain Oasis is around 15 minutes on foot, and there are plenty of bus connections nearby. Overall, a great stay with good comfort, friendly service, and an excellent location. I would happily stay here again 😊
