**5/5 Stars – Outstanding Service & Spotless Room!** I had a wonderful stay, and I want to give a special shoutout to the incredible housekeeping team for making my experience so comfortable. From the moment I walked into my room, everything was top-notch. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxed. The carpet was remarkably clean and fresh, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable—I had a great night's sleep! Every corner of the room was spotless and meticulously maintained. A big thank you to the housekeeping supervisor, **Tanveer Ahmad**, and his exceptional team members, **Ziaul Haq** and **Noor**. Their attention to detail, hard work, and dedication to high standards did not go unnoticed. Thank you, team, for your outstanding hospitality! I will definitely be back.

5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience during our stay! Special thanks to Mohamed Hussain (Butler Supervisor) and Asma at the snack bar for their incredible service. They were both so warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A big shoutout as well to Kazi at the Gold breakfast buffet! He welcomed us every morning with a bright, welcoming smile and made our breakfasts extra special by bringing us delicious, freshly prepared Karak chai. The wonderful hospitality from Mohamed, Asma, and Kazi truly made our stay memorable. We can't wait to return!

My stay at Fairmont Makkah was truly exceptional. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the Haram, making it incredibly convenient for Umrah. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. A special thank you to Mohammed Al Harthi, whose professionalism, kindness, and outstanding hospitality made our stay even more memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his warm, welcoming attitude was greatly appreciated. The entire staff were courteous and attentive, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of delicious options.
